We want you to love what you order from Oceannah Closet. If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it — as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns are accepted for incorrect items, sizing issues, or damaged products. To start a return, just contact us at htainuu@oceannahcloset.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
